With the app you can:

- communicate problems that require service intervention, such as: breakdowns, road failures, suggestions for changes in traffic organization,

- check the implementation stage and case resolution method,

Thanks to the app, the city can:

- supervise the request handling process,

- inform residents of the conclusion of reported matters.

The system is not used to report matters related to a direct threat to life or health, which must be reported to the emergency number 112.
